1. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at darazdealz4@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 03272598454. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning the item.

2. Returns:

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on our bank details.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
